Payment is via Paypal. It is safe and easy to use. You don't have to be a member of Paypal to use it. 

SHIPPING 
Orders from Denmark will be shipped within 4-10 working days. 

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
Your order will be delivered to the address you supply when placing an order at the webshop. 

All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT (25%). 

Shipping fees are:

In Denmark alone: 85 DKK with others +10 DKK

Elsewhere alone: 95 DKK with others + 15 DKK

OUTSIDE DENMARK 
International orders will normally be delivered within 5-14 business days. Deliveries to some countries may extend further than two weeks due to customs.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS 
Exchanges and returns can be done within 7 days after receiving the goods. The returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging. 

HOW TO RETURN? 
In case of returns and exchanges please contact us minimum 7 days before returning any items at [email protected]
The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the e-mail sent to our customer service. 

COLOURS 
We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reflect the colours of the actual products. The colours seen on our website will partly depend on the colour reproduction on your computer screen.

MAINTENANCE 
Gold plated and oxidized jewelry will loose its specific surface by time and the silver will reveal itself - especially on rings where the wear is persistent. The oxidized surface might even wear of within weeks and the gold plate within month. The gold on the gold plated jewelry is 22 carat and rings gets a double layer
